What we deliver

Doio sells services, not physical products: rides, self-drive vehicle rentals and parcel delivery, booked and paid for in the Doio app. We do not sell or ship goods of our own, so there are no shipping charges.

Rides and rentals

A ride is delivered when a captain picks you up and completes the trip you booked. A Self Drive rental is delivered at handover, at the place and time shown in your booking.

Parcel delivery

• You book a parcel in the app with a pickup and a drop address within the city.
• A captain collects the parcel from the pickup address and delivers it to the drop address, usually within the same trip. You can track it live in the app.
• The price is shown before you book and depends on distance and vehicle type.
• Prohibited items are listed in our Terms.

Wallet top-ups

Wallet balance is credited to your Doio account instantly once the payment succeeds, and appears on the Wallet screen. If your payment succeeded but the balance hasn't appeared within 30 minutes, write to support@doio.in with the date, amount and payment reference — see Refunds & Cancellations.

Where we operate

Doio is offered in India, in the cities shown in the app. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes.
